The People's Foundations:  (aka  Pēp-Fo)   is a nation-wide  county-level-network of  mutually-supporting,  independent,  non-government,  non-big-business,  non-profit-foundations  that will provide the public with business services and then direct to profits to support city/county, state, and federal governments.   

The foundation will establish and then hold controlling interest in profit-making corporations which will provide the public with honest and fair-priced services  --  services such as providing a public service banking system  --  services that actually serves the people.   Once Established, instead of putting additional billions of dollars into the vaults of the super-wealthy, our foundations will: 
   Redirect the newly-generated profits into rebuilding city/county,  state, 
          and the nation's infrastructures, respectively,
   Put millions of people back to work,
   Completely replace the public service portion of the banking system,  
   End the home foreclosure crisis,
   Drastically reduce the destruction of our environment,    and
   Set up a network of county-level, mutually-supporting,
          emergency systems designed to provide
         locally-controlled, and locally-directed, basic human services
        in the event of a major national or global-level emergency.   

Why Function on the County level?   Because the rural counties are large enough to provide many of the basic services required for human survival at a reasonable level of efficiency and also small enough to be manageable in times of emergency when outside-the-county supplies and services may very well be unavailable.   The rural county is also small enough to provide a sense of community -- a sense of belonging.   Because of the population concentrations, this process will require significant alterations in order to function in large cities.   Reference:

The Credit Card Foundations: 
Beneficiaries:          The citizens of the United Sates  
Services provided:   Credit card lending.  
**   How the profits are used:  
**   Ten percent can be used to purchase any assets the
       foundations chooses to purchase.  
**   Ninety percent is used to purchase stock in corporations leasing
        public property for any reason such as coal, oil, and/or any other
         land use rights.  
**   Also the foundations may choose to pool
        their resources and literally purchase controlling interests in the
        corporations that are destroying any irreplaceable natural resource
        such as the last of the virgin redwood forests.   For an example and

**  The profits from the investments and only the profits are then directed to the foundation's named beneficiaries.
